Unemployed Kyrgyzstanis invited to take Coursera online courses for free
AKIPRESS.COM – The Ministry of Labor and Social Development of Kyrgyzstan and Coursera announced free online courses for unemployed people and others willing to study as part of Coursera Workforce Recovery.
The Labor Ministry has invited citizens to participate in the training program for free.
Coursera offers more than 4,300 online courses in information technologies, humanities, economics, physics, medicine, entrepreneurship, marketing, etc. from such universities as Stanford, Yale, Princeton, MIT and others. Free certificates will be provided upon completion of the courses that will allow to obtain job at the global labor market.
The program is aimed to support citizens who lost jobs due to COVID-19 pandemic. It allows to learn new things, to acquire necessary skills and to enhance competitiveness at the international labor market.
Participants may enroll for unlimited amount of courses in English and Russia languages until October 30.
